Our four bedroom units have a full size kitchen and large a common living space. We also offer a new on-site laundry facility. Each building has a well lit parking lot for convenient parking for our residents and we have a walking trail to ASU West. We also offer a tenant portal access to pay rent, we take credit and debit cards, as well as make your maintenance requests online. We are conveniently located to a Walmart Neighborhood Market, Waffle House and Albany Area Primary Health Care (AAPHC) Glover Dental Care. We offer added security with a resident police officer on-site, extra security cameras, and increased lighting. Every resident is provided with a direct phone number to reach our on-site police officer at any time. We are now a pet friendly complex. Dogs and Cats Allowed. Breed restrictions applied for the dogs; no puppies or kittens. 35 pound limit. There is a one time pet fee of $300 and a monthly pet fee of $30. We are currently accepting applications, but we can't make a guarantee that we will have an apartment available at the current time.
